I just placed an order. When will I receive it?
In most cases, your order will be delivered within the estimated time of arrival mentioned on the checkout page. Please visit our shipping policy page for all information. Typically, home decor orders to Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Fujairah, Ras Al Khaima and Umm Al Quwain will take 1 to 2 days to be delivered. Furniture orders will take 7-10 days. However, the actual delivery date may be affected by courier arrangements, weather conditions and other external factors.
I have entered my shipping address incorrectly. What do I do?
If you have misspelled or auto-filled your address incorrectly, simply reply to your order confirmation email and provide us with the correct information. Notify us immediately via email at contact@designmobl.com. If the address is wrong, we can correct this within 4 hours of placing the order, in order to maintain correct delivery timings.
Can I return my order and get a refund?
Our only refund options are Store Credit and Exchanges. If you paid Cash on Delivery (COD) the refund can only be issued to your account as a store credit which you can redeem on your future order(s) with us. To be eligible for a return and refund, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, with all enclosed documentation and in its original packaging. I want to exchange the item I have received. Can I?
Yes you can, if the item is not damaged or a made-to-order item. Read more about this on our refund and return policy.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We typically cannot cancel or modify an order once it has been placed. However, you are welcome to contact us if your case is exceptional. Also, you may return or exchange the items ordered in accordance with our refund and return policy.
Do you ship overseas?
At the moment we only ship within the UAE, but we will ship to more countries soon!
